The project aims to develop an innovative product based on biotechnology that allows the creation of proteins with a sustainable footprint to contribute to the development of the aquaculture sector.
General Objective: To contribute to the development of sustainable aquaculture using biotechnology to reduce the use of fishmeal in feed production.
Specific Objectives:
Develop a fermented soy-based product.
Develop experimental diet formulations using fermented soybean meal with different levels of fishmeal replacement.
Evaluate the in vivo digestibility of the formulated feeds.
